The Australian Disputes Centre (ADC) is a leading advocate for implementing best-practice mediation techniques.

As a Recognised Mediator Accreditation Body (RMAB) under the National Mediator Accreditation System (NMAS), the ADC offers accreditation to aspiring and professional mediators via its comprehensive mediation training course.

How is the Mediation Refresher Course structured?

You will have the chance to practise your mediation skills in a series of mock disputes to learn from both the perspectives of the mediator and the negotiators involved in the mediation. You will be allocated to a small group of three participants with a senior mediator-coach from ADC’s training faculty to give direct, specific, and real-time feedback to grow your mediation skills.
