Celebrating 40 Years of Excellence at Government House

ADC begins its 40th Anniversary celebrations with a sumptuous Cocktail Reception overlooking Sydney harbour. We extend our sincere thanks to Her Excellency the Honourable Margaret Beazley AC, KC, Governor of New South Wales, for hosting this prestigious event at Government House.
The Heritage Listed Government House is the state’s vice-regal residence, situated in the Royal Botanic Gardens and overlooking Sydney Harbour. Step into a venue of true distinction, designed by Edward Blore in a Gothic Revival style using locally quarried sandstone, and is home to a significant collection of portraits, furniture, decorative arts and historic memorabilia.
Connect with industry leaders from across the ADR community at this glittering reception. Not only do we celebrate ADC’s 40th Anniversary, but it is the perfect prelude to our landmark conference, offering an intimate evening of conversation and celebration in a setting rich with storied heritage and timeless charm under the southern stars.

Stargazing at Sydney Observatory
26 March 2026 – 8:30pm
Following the Cocktail Reception, guests are invited to reach for the stars at the heritage-listed Sydney Observatory. From the highest natural point in Sydney Cove, explore the historic Fort Phillip and signal station before turning your attention to the skies. As darkness falls across the city, we will be hosted for a stargazing experience before venturing inside the Observatory building to see modern and historic telescopes in action and learn about the site’s role in timekeeping, surveying, and meteorology.
