The information requested on this form will be used to process your application for Accreditation as a newly qualified mediator under the National Mediator Accreditation System (NMAS). Your National Accreditation lasts for a period of 2 years. For further information read our NMAS FAQs.

Bi-Annual ‘NMAS Registration’ Fee

For ADC trained mediators seeking accreditation the two-yearly fee is $400 plus GST, comprising:

  • $310.00 – ADC Administration
  •   $90.00 – MSB Registration
  •   $40.00 – GST

ADC remits the $90.00 to the MSB on your behalf, to support their continued work. For more information about MSB registration, please visit www.msb.org.au/accredited-mediators.

Annual ‘ADC Book Club’ Fee

For ADC trained mediators seeking to stay connected, develop their knowledge and skills, and accumulate CPD points, the annual fee for ADC Book Club is $300 plus GST. Read more here.

IMPORTANT

ADC has the discretion to suspend a mediator and remove their name from the National Register in circumstances where it believes, on the balance of probabilities, that there has been non-compliance with the Practice Standards, other relevant ethical guidelines or professional requirements or the Approval Standards.

In relation to any suspension and removal, ADC will inform the mediator within 14 days of its concerns and provide the mediator with an opportunity to respond to ADC.
