Submission Questions

This award recognises the outstanding achievements of Australia-based ADC–ICC Asia-Pacific Commercial Mediation Competition (APCMC) teams, who demonstrate excellence in integrating ADR processes within their academic studies, university extracurriculars, and community endeavours beyond the competition itself. It is open to all Australia-based teams who competed in APCMC 2025.

Criteria: Submissions will be judged on responses to the following:

  1. Excluding your APCMC participation, outline your study, research, and activities over the past 12 months that demonstrate excellence in academia, university extracurriculars, and community endeavours in the area of ADR.
  2. Detail the specific skills you used to achieve the above and explain how you adapted your approach and ADR processes to engage effectively with different ADR related activities?
  3. How do your ADR related studies and activities contribute to your learning objectives and prepare you to meet the specific needs of future clients in a practical and impactful way?
