Submission Questions
This award recognises the superior achievements of experts who bring specialised non-legal technical and forensic knowledge into ADR processes. It is open to Australia based practice groups of expert firms.
Criteria: Nominees will be judged on responses to the following:
- Without divulging any confidential case information, outline work that has been undertaken in the past 12 months that demonstrates innovation, interdisciplinary collaboration, and technical excellence to enhance efficiency, fairness, and outcomes within an ADR context.
- How did you innovate and adapt your skills and methods to suit the specific ADR forum and best meet the needs of the parties, distinguishing your work from the traditional forensic/expert witness role in litigation?
- How has your ADR related work contributed to a significant and lasting impact on your clients and practice as experts?
