APCMC Competition Webinar:
Navigating Wellness
Why just survive when you can thrive!
Tips and tools to help your body and mind-power through study and competition time.
Is the concept of balance is an illusion? Unfortunately, the concept of burnout is anything but! They say the body whispers before it screams, and if we do not listen to the whispers we are eventually stopped in our tracks by the screams.
I have become increasingly interested in self-awareness and self-care as a conflict management specialist and run workshops on these topics. I am certified as a personal trainer, and am a dedicated healthy recipe creator! I would like to see us all change our focus from merely surviving the “busy-ness” of life, and instead aim to feel supported, connected and thriving in all that we do.
I am delighted to host this interactive workshop for all student competitors, as you head in to the ADC-ICC Asia Pacific Commercial Mediation Competition 2020.
